1.WAKE UP EARLY
Waking up early in the mornings can prove beneficial both for your body and your mind. One can also get extra time by waking up early which can be used in some productive work or simply meditating. You feel more energetic than usual days and as a result will be able to do work more effectively and smoothly.
2.READ BOOKS
Invest your free time in reading books rather than watching television or scrolling through your Instagram feed. There is a wide variety of genres like fantasy, fiction, romance, drama, horror, humourous, etc., that you can choose from. Reading books can help you learn new idioms and phrases and also cultivate a habit of reading among you that can later help you in future.
3.WORK OUT
Working out doesn’t mean going to the gym for the sole purpose of taking some selfies. It means actually sweating and burning the extra fat. The more the fit you are, the more likely you are able to work efficiently.Also,working out doesn’t just have to do with burning fat but also keeping yourself healthy.Jogging, running, cycling and such other sports can be performed for staying FIT.
4.BE GOOD TO OTHERS
Being good to others won’t cost you even a penny. Be polite to others , talk to them with respect and stay humble. This will make people like you and most likely they will behave in the same manner.Life is short. Compliment them , tell them if you like them, admire them, learn new things from them and live a good happy life.
5.HAVE FUN
Do you know that the average lifespan of a human being is expected to be around 80 years. How can someone even waste a minute? We are not here for a very long time (exceptions:Vampires) and should keep doing things of your liking. Caring what others will think will just kill all your excitement and charm to live life. Stop judging and stop accepting others judgement. BE YOURSELF. STAY FRENZY.
