Everyone especially teenagers crave for good skin.Acne,pimples,scars are a few common results of breakout and can cause lifelong threat if not taken care of.
Here are a few tips that I’ve learnt from my experience and would like to share with you all.
1.DRINK WATER
Drinking water is the most essential thing.Even after knowing the benefits and properties of water,we often forget to stick to the routine.Drinking 8 glasses of water per day can help keep your body hydrated and face clear.It also helps flush out toxins thus giving your face a glow you always wanted.
Here is a water table:
▪️Drink atleast 2 glasses of water before brushing as soon as you wake up.
▪️Drink 3 glasses in the afternoon as it gets humid.
▪️Drink 1-2 glasses in the evening.
▪️Drink 1 glass at night(don’t drink much water at nights as it can cause sleep interference).
2.WEAR WHAT YOU EAT
Applying natural ingredients on face can give it a glow,detan the skin,clear acne,etc.
▪️Ingredients like Turmeric,lemon, cucumber,honey,besan, tomatoes,green tea,potato, yoghurt and raw milk can be applied on the face for fairness and a radiating glow.

3. MOISTURIZE YOUR SKIN
The basic essential and the all important thing that matters is mositurizing your skin.Moisturizer acts as a barrier and blocks the water from escaping your skin thereby keeping it hydrated.Applying moisturizer after bathing and before sleeping can have various benefits.
4.WASH YOUR FACE
Washing your face is again very necessary.Washing your face atleast twice a day with face wash can help clear the dirt and dust settled.Massage your face with face wash for 38-40 seconds to get rid of the pollutants.Apply moisturizer right after washing your face to hydrate it.

5.EAT HEALTHY

Good posture, regular exercise, warming up and cooling down,eating small portions can help not only in clearing your skin but also giving it a lifelong enrichment.
